If you want to complain about a product, send an email to support@kona-sports.com where you attach the problem with both image and VIDEO if possible. If it is a board, there is also a serial number on the underside that we want in the documentation. If the complaint goes through, you must order a new product in bulk and leave a message that you have received a complaint. When we then receive your return product, we will credit or refund the money to your payment account wish you make purchase from.
